In 2023, the real estate industry faced significant challenges with surging interest rates, and navigating through buyers and sellers who were reluctant to adjust their perspectives on the market's trajectory. Despite these hurdles, it marked a pivotal chapter in my real estate journey as I decided to establish a real estate team. The experience was truly humbling, as three remarkable gentlemen believed in my leadership, becoming partners and forging what I anticipate to belifelong friendships.
While aspiring to maintain a spot in the Top category, encountering slower months led to a momentary loss of hope. However, we persevered, focusing on assisting our clients individually, unaware that a collective effort would bring success in the last quarter. Achieving the Top 1% category underscores the capabilities of my team. This year, our goal is to impact the lives of 100 families through buying or selling homes. Our heartfelt gratitude extends to everyone who has utilized our services or recommended us. We are genuinely thankful and never too occupied to express our appreciation.
